Each camera mode (fpp and tpp) has its own sensitivity settings.

So like an overall sensitivity for the entire TPP sensitivity settings so overrides the other settings in the TPP sensitivities

That is probably because of their poor PC specifications. In general, we cannot help much with emulator related issues.
