Not enough space to update baldur's gate 3, 80 gig space free
Trying to update BG3, I have over 80 gigs of free space, but getting the same error

BI am also running into this same issue, and it's preventing me from running cross saves. The only solution is to completely uninstall and reinstall BG3 every update.
BAny assistance would be greatly appreciated
Bthe error I get is: "not enough available disk space" when I have 108GBs left on the internal hard drive
BI think the problem is that Heroic is looking at the full size of the game (100+ GBs), and if you don' t maintain that same full size available in addition to the installed game, it won't even download and apply a 500MB update
Rcurrent updating system kind of sucks, I'm currently refactoring whole thing.
Sadly the only workaround is to reinstall the game, or remove some game files to satisfy the error

Salso I may be wrong but I think some game patches are just like that sometimes
Seven on consoles some small patches will need basically to copy and install the whole game
