no.. that is taken care of by being counter-balanced and dampening/friction in VPConf. There realistically is almost zero need for actual axis based FFB for a collective, but it might be cool in the future to be able to simulate autopilot movement and/or friction locking with enough creative development in TelemFFB. Maybe hydraulic loss or other failure conditions too.. I'm not sure.. I've never flown a real helicopter 😄
