UWhat are you doing that you want compat with workerd and other runtimes? I dont think picking a framework solely for compat with the most runtimes is the best option and just use whatever works for the runtime you actually use
Amostly trying to remain consistent rather than switching them everytime.. ideally want to make it easy to move things to cf when its possible

Wrangler offers a number of commands to manage your Cloudflare Workers.
CIt won’t trigger a CI build if that’s what your expecting.
CPages CI is different then direct upload

DEven if you can, I really recommend you don’t in the majority of the situations. Instead, loop through your “to” list and send them individually.
CIt might be a GDPR violation if you disclose the email address of all your customers
DHaving a missing “to” field is gonna get you marked as spam often. Don’t use bcc if possible.
DAnd generally a little bit of personalized per email is appreciated.
DI use remix as a framework on cloudflare pages but sometimes stuff isn't as nice as I'd like. What other frameworks that are similarly full stack do you use on cf pages or know to work well with pages?

DI was doing resarch and according to dev surveys sveltekit and svelte in general both seem to be very popular in retention
DI used nextjs once but didn't like it so much. I guess I am learning svelte then 
SNext-on-pages works great
JIf you want something similar to remix, next.js with the app router is probably your best option
DYeah I didn't want something too similar, I just want something with the same "full stack" capabilities. I'll try svelte
