Launching Moonlighter gives a blank screen
I'm on fedora and I've seen 2 previous support tickets in this channel about the same problem, but without a resolution, so mind aswell ask. I just downloaded Heroic and Moonlighter, but it goes black if I try to launch it. I've set the wine path to Proton 8.0.
I have a game on steam that runs perfectly with proton.

I did what you said and it still doesn't work...
To disable DXVK I just need to untick the install/update DXVK in the game settings?

I didn't have to disable DXVK, seems like that got fixed eventually (I tested this in december 2022)
I do still need the vcredist stuff though

share new logs, make sure to do these steps:
- select Wine-GE-Proton in the game's settings (if you don't have it, use the Wine Manager section to install the latest)
- then install vcredist
- then run the game
- then share the new game logs

hmmm those logs are totally empty, that doesn't look right, is there any error in the general logs of heroic?

The referenced script on this Behaviour (Game Object 'QuestItem') is missing! and similar messages, maybe try the verify and repair option? I wonder if you are missing some files
