Probably the extension's male pins are slightly too short.
If you're not afraid of a bit of soldering you could push the adapter female pins in the adapter. I have a video on how to do it:

Other way would be to modify/replace the male connector.

Good day all, trying to set XPforce up, for MSFS2020. I have TelemFFB, MSFS set to TRUE. XPforce licensed. I have trouble : If I go in the XPforce app once MSFS launched, at the Feedback menu, the case "Joystick Active" is sometime ON, sometimes OFF. It alterns fastly between checked and unchecked.
What's the problem? Somebody can help me to set it up correctly? Thank you much in advance.

OK.....as its lost in the depths of previous posts above....can someone give a pointers as to how best to dial out oscillations if you move the stick when its not being gripped? I have gone back to my heavier TM F18 grip and needed to turn up the spring rate on the dial on the outside, to stop the stick sagging back under its own weight ( was using a lightweight F14 stick) But now it will bounce back and forth if you knock it.

Walmis, you easily read post and ask guys to try certain settings based on complexity and complaints of what the stick is doing. Can you post the base settings here and or pin it. Then give a short discussion on your thought process and what each setting does and why you are adjusting etc. I know it would be a long post and want be respectful of your time. As you already have your hands full. Maybe something every couple weeks as you have time. I feel it would help a lot of us u Dees hand the system better and what the settings actually do. Anyway just a thought. Thanks again for the great product and customer service.

Force trim release is just “absence of spring force”. So any other effect like friction/dampen/inertia will remain active.
However, there is no way to change those settings dynamically whilst force trim release is held

I know it's probably obvious question, but did you enable FFB in the MISC tab? For FFB to work you need to assign correct axes in the controls, in Special settting set correct trim option, but there's also "global" FFB setting in one of the other tabs in the options (I really think it's the MISC one) where you also need to check that box.
