No nozzle priming when print starts

Hi everyone,
Since yesterday my printer VC3.1 400 no longer do nozzle priming with the start of the print. What I have changed prior to this issue occur is that I have added Beacon (changed position_max to 365 and position_endstop to 365) and upgraded X and Y to TMC5160. In the slicer I have the correct GCODE and the printer is doing all other things in the startup sequence including adaptive bed mesh. When I run manually the PRIME_BLOB macro it is also working correctly.
Any help will be much appreciated.
