Does anyone know how many games you have to play with a cheater to get your own account banned. It happened to a friend of mine yesterday. And I also played a few matches with that cheater weeks ago

Player behavior and data is analyzed in aggregate. You will not be punished for inadvertently teaming up with a cheater from time to time, but repeatedly and actively teaming up with a cheater will result in penalties. Penalties may include deduction of rewards, clearance of tier score, and account bans. The penalty for repeated group w/ cheaters behaviors depend on the circumstances. In general, the penalty will increase with the number of violations, as well as for severe violations, @Mautschi.

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:

1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com".
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.

If the problem persists, please reach out to the in-game customer service. Refer to subpoint 5.4 in #faq for further information.
