Lfor me windows is purely a testing environment, i never do any serious work on it
Ptbh if I switch to Mac which I am genuinely considering, my plan is to just get the maxed out CPU MacBook Pro and use it for both docked desktop and on-the-go laptop use

Aget something thats almost too good for you now, then as it ages it will slowly get worse and at some point youll need to replace it
Pbut yeah given Apple tends to support Macs for 6-8 years (or longer in some cases), i'd be happy with that upgrade cycle
