Is there a known issue with the game not recognizing permissions? I have taken multiple steps, sent a few emails to support regarding the issue, and looked online, even making a Reddit post to no avail. It keeps asking for storage permission and for me to restart, but my device only has a "Files and Media" permission, which I did grant, and restarted both the game and my device, and still cannot play the game. Nothing is working and support still has not responded to my initial email or my follow up so I am wondering if others also struggle with this.
