Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account. If you have already received a response from the customer service and your request was not approved, you will need to submit another request or create a new account to continue playing the game. Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 90Hz display refresh rate, and Snapdragon 865 or Dimensity 1100 central processing unit, can access the 90 FPS option with Smooth graphics.
