Hello, I have trouble connecting to the game servers. I'm from Venezuela, and I got the error message "error:restricted area" while trying to play with my WiFi connection. However, I'm able to play just fine with my mobile data. What could be causing this issue?
I stopped playing last year with my Poco X3, then my phone died. I tried to play again just a few days ago with this phone and I keep getting this error. Worth mentioning I've changed ISP, it's different from the one I had back then

@Quendi i am facing some problems with my 3rd email logins i forgot the password but when um trying to rest the password it doesn't send me the OTP mail it says completed but i don't receive any mails.
Did you make sure to enter the correct email, @Tushar Pathan? Are you able to receive the verification code when you use the Email Login instead of Password Login?
Hello, I'm asking for help on behalf of my cousin since they don't speak English They're currently unable to log into the game through Facebook on their iPhone 14 Pro Max, it shows an error message "Login failed, please try again later". I tried logging into their account and I have no problems on my phone, but they are unable to log in using Facebook. They can log through Apple ID and other networks to other accounts, but not their own account since it only has 1 login method (Facebook).
