can't comment on the VKB, but I know its possible. There's a drop down menu for grip type. additionally you can have saved config files. You can launch the software with the specific config file.

I'm currently using the 100 mm on my standard VKB base. I've got a 200 mm curved I wish I could use but the it just won't fit with my current setup. With the RHINO i just got (thanks @walmis you rockstar), I think i'm going to try to take out the guts of one of these and TRY to make a 50 mm. Or maybe bend the 100 mm if I can. I dunno, never tried any of this before so I'll learn as I go. Hacksaws and bending.

QR4RIGS. They are 3D printed, very light and not cheap, although feels cheap. But is an option. They also have for winwing compatibility, but then the adaptor is installed at the base instead at the grip, causing stress on the adaptor. I am replacing the virpil Z (metal and very heavy) by the 150mm goose type from the photo. I still have mixed feelings using fhe same settings used with the Z one. Note that the 100mm version only has 25mm of offset.
