Anyone know how I can tell if my system is being updated? I'm on

but using the desktop mode, I run

ublue-update

and it only ever updates flatpaks. I don't think I've had a system image update ever since I installed Bazzite - but I'm not sure how to tell because

doesn't have any verbose logging, and there's never anything pending under

rpm-ostree status

nah it wasn't an offline iso. but I just noticed that ublue-update doesn't mention anything about updating the system, it only talks about flatpak, distrobox, brew etc.

Ps even though it supports secure boot if you forget to do it during install it borks the install if you forget the step. It's easier to just disable secure boot in bios.

IMO it's better. ChimeraOS is still running an unstable build. I also wasn't able to get chimera to output to my Bluetooth ear buds so that was a deal breaker for me. I wanted something I can set up run a game and play it with as little hassle as possible. Bazzite did that for me.

I also like that bazzite has the set up toggles so it auto downloaded decky, emudeck, chrome and will boot right into gaming mode. I wanted a steamos experience on my LLG and again bazzite gave me the experience I was looking for.

You're welcome. I would recommend keeping a small section for windows for firmware updates and bios updates.
