NI've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my games and that hasn't done it either.
NI'm wondering maybe it's a permissions issue? I have my games saved on a separate disk.

Njust so you are aware, this same behavior is happening for all my proton based games. I haven't tried installing a native game.
NOne thing I could try to is installing it in the default folder steam uses too rather than an external disk.

NI wonder if something is fucky with permissions.
NI don't remember if I had to do anything with that directory when trying to get it to work with bazzite-arch version or not.

NI will try creating a new Steam Library folder and see if things install properly there.
Tother things to try: verifying game files, verifying Proton's files, deleting the prefix
NOK, I created a new SteamLibrary and set the permissions wide open to 777 and that allowed it work.
NI wonder if steam is using a different user or something to access the files?
