Turned off ReBar & tried mangohud fps limiter, still no dice. Noticeable hitching is very annoying.

It's definitely the problem with optimization of Forza Horizon 4 for Steam.
Nothing changed compared to when I played the initial Steam version back in 2021.
I guess I will have to resort to Windows for this game.
