Thopefully it works well. i recommended to someone else using linux mint and they seemed to be ok with it for their usecase

Tjust note, if you want the steam deck image (the one with Game Mode) you probably will have to use GPU passthrough for Game Mode to even show up in the VM
Hyou will need gpu passthrough for gamemode, if gamemode fails to run, you just get kicked to the desktop so they can still test the differences between desktop and deck image (which are minimal)
Csorry for pinging but do you have experience with the appimage? it just opens as a transparent screen on the preview for me and doesnt actually open
