VHow hard would it be to implement Nobara's kernel tweaks onto bazzite? Considering it has ally support and all.
Kfsync kernel has a lot of it, that's why we're looking into switching

TIn games like D4 and POE area loading time is a problem and it's noticeable faster in a nvme drive than a SSD
TIf you have a big enough NVME drive then sure why not but for people that wanted to save money and got a small fast nvme for system and a big slow SSD for files then it is essential to do this separation as it been common practice for years in other distros.
Tthat's exactly what I did mounted a SSD to /home, again I now have access to 2TBs of space instead of 256GBs, proud of it in fact because it was not that easy with btrfs
Tthere is nothing messy about it, I've run 2 steam libraries for years in arch linux, it provides you with the flexibility to choose a faster drive when you want to for the games that need it - thank you for your comments!
TAll I need to know is if in Silverblue/Bazzite the whole btrfs subvolume is immutable of can we add a folder to "/" and have persistent files there?
TNormally I would do this in /opt but I see Bazzite uses /opt for things like Nix and Brew so I'm not sure

Vfrom reddit, about Silverblue, but the point is the same:
Silverblue and CoreOS share quite a bit of technology (e.g. rpm-ostree) and ideology, but there are some major differences. Silverblue is designed for home / workstation use. The base image comes with Flatpak already set up, a full GNOME installation, etc. In a default install, you have podman for managing containers, which is like Docker but daemon-less and with a rootless mode.
CoreOS, on the other hand, is designed to be a host operating system for running containers on servers. The base image here is far more stark and minimal, and it also comes with Ignition which can be used to quickly configure large amounts of node servers. In addition, it contains multiple container runtimes out-of-the-box, adding Docker and CRI-O in addition to podman.
They do share the base concepts, such as ostree / rpm-ostree, the immutable rootfs, and atomic upgrades. Of course, you can still install normal rpms on both via rpm-ostree as well.
