How does UEFI boot work to tell it to use the grub one directly?
Hif efibootmgr and uefi bootorder is not respected, then you can forcefully change it,
not sure how the deck will handle this so you will be on your own if you do this on a deck, but you can rename the BOOTX64.EFI file (rename, dont delete, incase your machine for some reason dislikes this forceful change and you need to restore the original file) on the EFI partition and copy grubx64.efi into the same folder as BOOTX64.EFI and rename the grub efi to BOOTX64.EFI.
in theory that should force grub to be first until windows wipes the EFI partition to reinstall its own bootloader in a random update
(and this is why we install windows and linux on separate disks)

:latest tag, you will automatically upgrade to fedora 40, 41, 42, etcKLatest is the newest build we mark as stable
KAt the moment it's a fedora 39 build
KIn the future latest will be a fedora 40 build and you'll get that automatically
JI did find out that rebasing to bazzite-deck on an NVidia laptop definitely does not work.
KKeep an eye on nvk, that should be your ticket to gamescope on Nvidia
