im going to blindly say no, due to the fact there are 3 different implementations for dedicated gpus in laptops and even if you have the 1 that works with passthrough, it will not guarantee it will work on the system because it is a laptop with very stripped down uefi options that might not even expose iommu.
i will leave you this, it is a nice read on the rabbit hole that is laptop gpu passthrough.
