It can only deliver my voice if i mute all in game sounds and close the speaker but if any other sound is coming from the game my voice would not be heard

after reviewing for a while, it seems as tho you put # # in the beginning of your paragraph. that's a blacklisted word. that's why you got timed out and it showed up as "error".
