Terminal is case sensitive and I have not been giving you commands you could just copy and paste

I'm opening the game via steam and using nvtop to look at gpu usage

The game maxes my igpu usage and runs at about 3 fps while the dgpu idles at 0

nothing is listed for gamescope-session using either the command or with --user

its not listed at all also when using systemctl status --user it list State: degraded under fedora.. not sure if thats something to be concerned about atm

What's WEIRD is that the in game settings show my correct video card, but nvtop shows that it does not matter which one I select, the integrated gpu always gets used.

last option, try switching to gamemode and then in your home dir there are logs that get created as hidden dotfiles

70 is a display overclock on that panel, not every panel is capable of it
