70 is a display overclock on that panel, not every panel is capable of it

i had rolled back an update because for some reason at boot it hanged at cups.service failed to start and would not move past it but after re running ublue-update it booted fine except for the sddm issue.

KKyle Gospo you just run them, there's also distrobox-export which I would recommend using
