If you do not reside in Vietnam, it is not recommend transferring your account to the Vietnamese version, @Higuruma. Once you have logged into the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play or transfer your account data back to the global English version of PUBG MOBILE.

Here's the problem is.. I bought an account from a guy. That account got e-mail linked to it. He said he couldn't reach the email again due to his phone number got disabled ( SOMEHOW DUH ). He is trusted because i've been using the account almost a year now. I've tried using the customer support on PUBG MOBILE to remove the linked email but still couldn't. Is there any way to remove it and link it to my email ? Thank You in advanced for those who replied to this message.
Unfortunately, the customer service will not be able to assist you since trading and exchanging accounts is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Also, it is players' own responsibility to keep their account safe, you may create a new account to play the game instead.

Has someone messed up and realised 3.0.0 on Amazon by mistake? Whatever the reason it upgraded last night and won't let me in on my account and won't let me create a new one.
You might find the registration date or the linked PUBG MOBILE date in the settings of the first social media account linked to your PUBG MOBILE account.
The bugs thread has a post about Amazon Store installing version 3.0.0, which is what has happened to me. The upgrade, as they always do, forces me to re-enter email login details and re-verify - which doesn't work. I'm not sure what else I can say - I entered the verification code, it didn't work. Now I'm told I have tried too many times. There are no announcements about 3.0.0 being released - it's still Beta from the look of it?
