The bugs thread has a post about Amazon Store installing version 3.0.0, which is what has happened to me. The upgrade, as they always do, forces me to re-enter email login details and re-verify - which doesn't work. I'm not sure what else I can say - I entered the verification code, it didn't work. Now I'm told I have tried too many times. There are no announcements about 3.0.0 being released - it's still Beta from the look of it?

Alas, installing via Google Play or the APK means I can't run on a Kindle in "Game mode". The App has to be installed from AppStore for that to work - but without game mode it lags a lot so I gave up a couple of months back. If 3.0.0 isn't L:ive, someone needs to put the AsppStore version back to 2.9. And more importantly, they need to tell us it's a something they're working on because needless to say, it is frustrating...

If your App Store does not give you a full experience of PUBG MOBILE, then you may download it from other official sources such as Google Play, APK aforementioned above, et cetera. Otherwise, you may wait for the next version update to be released globally.

Please also be advised that use of any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game is a violation of PUBG MOBILE's terms of service and will result in an account suspension.

Try it yourself from AppStore before telling me what to do, perhaps? "Game mode" on Kindles is s slightly less good version of game mode on any Google Android device - it stops other apps interrupting the game. It is not a cheat - the opposite - it makes the game work

Can someone help? My account was stolen 3 weeks ago. The person who stole it added his own phone number and activated the 2-step verification. I have created a request 3 times. the first one was rejected because I entered incomplete information out of fear at the time. 2. It was rejected because I created a request except for the most played device. 3. I entered completely and although I created the most played device, it was rejected within 1 day. When I type from Gmail, they pass me by with an automatic message. What do I need to do to recover my account? will I not be able to recover my account?

You can update your map by going to "Creations", "Published", select the map you want to update and click on "Update" at the top-right corner of the map-information page. Once you edit your World of Wonder map, it will be published for review to determine if there are any content that violates PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.

If the in-game customer service has determined that your request cannot be approved, unfortunately, your issue cannot be assisted further through the community. Your only option is to submit another claim in-game with accurate and required information and reach out from a device you use more often.
