Hello Admin, I'm Johan as a PUBG Mobile player. I want to ask about my PUBGM account which was hit by a Report for Filing an Appeal, and my account which I have verified with my email and mobile number cannot be logged in, even I usually use Twitter (X) login but it's like creating a new one, can I get my account? return ? I've tried to appeal again, but the information is like this, what can I do now to restore my account. I am ready to provide a top up receipt or validation for the account. Please help and I hope for good news on this matter, thank you

If you are not able to access your account because it is compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.

You can only unlink a social network account if you are not currently logged in with that particular social network account. That means, you do not need to login with your Google Play account in order to unlink it.

You may press "Continue" on this screen to unlink Google Play from your linked social network accounts.
