If you are not able to access your account because it is compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.

You can only unlink a social network account if you are not currently logged in with that particular social network account. That means, you do not need to login with your Google Play account in order to unlink it.

You may press "Continue" on this screen to unlink Google Play from your linked social network accounts.

After uploading the screenshots, you can copy the shareable link and include it in your response to the 14th question in the Account Recovery Tool.
