SFX quality settings refer to the overall quality of the audio. You can switch it between Low, High, and Ultra in your Audio settings.
Using the Master option under Volume Control settings, you can adjust or disable or enable any audio in the game. This will control all the audio.
SFX under Volume Control settings is the audio settings for the firearms and vehicle. If you disable the SFX option under Volume Controls, you can no longer adjust the volume of the relevant settings and the settings will be removed. With the option enabled, you can make custom SFX adjustments and can adjust the volume of some in-game SFX to a certain extent for better focus. There is no separate option to adjust the audio of just footsteps, unless you adjust the overall volume using the Master option under Volume Controls. However, you can provide your feedback regarding this through #feedback in compliance with the channel's guidelines.
Using the UI option under Volume Control settings, you can adjust or disable the audio of user interface such as when you open the game settings or navigate through settings.
