TI never used any of those because I only use my computer mic in Discord and Discord comes with Krisp noise suppression integrated. I just wanted to show you have options you can try. NoiseTorch is the simplest to set-up. EasyEffects comes with a lot more effects to play with. "noise suppression for voice" is an always on solution that needs to be configured at the CLI.

I've managed to change it with opening alsamixer, picking a different sound cart and then maxing microphone volume. By default it was so quiet, you could barely hear it when talking to someone ...
