On my 8020 sim racing/ sim flight rig, I use for flight sim 2 x Buttkicker LFE, not the small mini LFE or the regular Buttkicker but the large LFE, and they do really work very well (no comparison with the Mini LFE for example). The frequency Response starts at 5 Hz!. Each of the Buttkicker LFE is 11 lbs / 5 kg.

You do need however some powerful amp like the Behringer NX3000 to work with these as they need 400 watts mininum.

Last but not least, you DO have to isolate your set from the rig in order to achieve good results for all tactile effects, otherwise a lot of the energy is going into the rig and the floor and not to your body .
