Since game mode supports boot animations being added to your home directory, that can just go in /usr/etc/skel

That way it's picked up by animation plugins and can easily be removed if someone doesn't want it

I think it is a Steam VR problem though, it complains about not being able to talk to the window manager in wayland

rebased to unstable, my whole system just froze when i tried to launch discord (was launching from the command line, clicking on icon doesn't do anything)
