IYes. it works from desktop mode. I am running it currently on an HTPC thats all AMD. I got it to work in Wayland but its super flakey and finicky, requires restarting Steam multiple times. X11 seems to work reliably though. I am still trying to chase an audio issue with my vive now, the analog audio output on it doesnt seem to work where it used to.
