enable-vfio tells you to do at the end after enable-virtualization is what actually binds the gpu to the vfio driver

/usr is not writable so i doubt it will work unless there is an equivalent location in /etc you can place it or you can accomplish it with rpm-ostree initramfs.desktopIcon= to the location where you saved your icon atenable-vfioenable-virtualization/usr/lib/dracut/modules.d//usr/etcrpm-ostree initramfs.desktop[Desktop Entry]
