KNTFS isn't recommended on linux, period
KBest to use BTRFS or EXT4

Pthis is just to get you out of the "all my data is on an ntfs drive and i have no space"
Cthe solution to this problem is a $20 1TB+ external drive which you should have for backups anyway

Pidk i've never seen ntfs2btrfs go wrong outside of a user going ctrl+c in the middle of it and then going "why is my data fucked"

CThat was not condescending. That is the solution, and I was cordially recommending a cheap, simple solution as I would do so for a friend or family member without judgment

Pin my repeated use of it a year ago, yeah, i doubt you'll run into any hiccups. just don't interrupt it or lose power.
Pthen you're up shit creek and you ate the paddle.
CIf probably is good enough, go for it - computers are fallible so backups and checksums are kinda the only ways to really reliably keep data intact
