By default, KDE's file manager Dolphin will display thumbnails for images but not for other file formats, like PDFs and videos. In a few steps you can enable thumbnails for those formats.

G@Kyle Gospo Not sure if intentional, but whenever I reboot my system since the ppd > tuned change, the power mode always changes back to balanced (I set it as performance)
KMay be a tuned bug, that's no longer landing friday
Kon gamemode's side we previously always set it to performance, now we set to balanced only if the current mode is powersave
