Enabling video and PDF thumbnails in Dolphin - RS1 Linux Tools

By default, KDE's file manager Dolphin will display thumbnails for images but not for other file formats, like PDFs and videos. In a few steps you can enable thumbnails for those formats.

iirc you can delete fleek in /usr/local/bin

@Kyle Gospo Not sure if intentional, but whenever I reboot my system since the ppd > tuned change, the power mode always changes back to balanced (I set it as performance)
