SIf it's fine on a fresh install, then I'm going to guess that something on my deck is funky or something. I was debating on reinstalling the whole thing because I've got a dual boot going on that I use basically never anyway.
SDoes anyone else use the nextcloud desktop client on the deck and have a way for it to run in gaming mode all the time without running a nested desktop the whole time or something?

SI. Huh. Well, attempting to make a link by clicking and dragging it to my home folder just gives me an "Invalid transfer"... Thing. I've never seen that before.
SThat might have been the way I was doing it through the nested desktop, going into desktop mode and clicking and dragging makes a link that works fine
SOkay but why, I can link it to my home folder, but linking it into the steam folder in my home folder just doesn't work?

SWhen I got the invalid transfer thing was the only time I have tried it when in nested desktop, I've been in desktop mode every other time
SI'll just back up some stuff to my sd card and just reinstall the deck and see if things are still bad. I've been running Bazzite on this thing since like, 1.0 and I've done a whole bunch of manual setup of waydroid, nested desktop things that are just different than how it all is setup now anyway lol
K@HikariKnight so right now we have 80-bazzite.just, and two copies of it for deck & desktop
KI think what would be best is to split it into 80-bazzite.just and 85-bazzite-image.just
Kformer is all shared rules, latter is the desktop or deck specific stuff
Kand they just copy over each other during the build

RThough this time it continues with the rest of configured tasks
RAs in, installs SteamCMD
RBut other than that, I don't know whether some other things were skipped due to the above error (no logs in console present).
ROK fedora in distrobox still isn't setup due to that error.
