If it's fine on a fresh install, then I'm going to guess that something on my deck is funky or something. I was debating on reinstalling the whole thing because I've got a dual boot going on that I use basically never anyway.

That might have been the way I was doing it through the nested desktop, going into desktop mode and clicking and dragging makes a link that works fine

I'll just back up some stuff to my sd card and just reinstall the deck and see if things are still bad. I've been running Bazzite on this thing since like, 1.0 and I've done a whole bunch of manual setup of waydroid, nested desktop things that are just different than how it all is setup now anyway lol

Did forget about ChromeOS since it feels so much more capsulated from what it really is. If only google would add Flatpak Support to flex, that would make this whole os much more interesting for the user that uses more than a browser
