Is a TWC thing, in Mexico you can pay Uber Eats, Rappi, Didi and a lot of things with cash, Amazon even for sometime accepted cash on delivery before they changed to make you pay in an OXXO, the mexican 7-Eleven
My general impression of mexico from the news/media/etc is that you'll be murdered by a cartel going shopping for veggies, so that doesn't shock me. /s

At first when my computer would do it would just do a black screen took a few hours and swapping GPUs back and forth to figure out it was a setting in the BIOS. Then it took a few more hours trying to get the drivers to be stable and then it was mostly just troubleshooting games
