Kan Arc A770 would be a sidegrade for you
JAt first when my computer would do it would just do a black screen took a few hours and swapping GPUs back and forth to figure out it was a setting in the BIOS. Then it took a few more hours trying to get the drivers to be stable and then it was mostly just troubleshooting games
Kgamemode would work, but you'd gain nothing in performance
KMaybe look at AMD instead

JIf the game doesn't run DirectX 12 then it's going to be like winning the lottery if it works properly

Amy gpu will not able to handle intensive games due to less vram and 128 bits speed of memory so yeah it would be good idea to get that gpu even i may experience issues
