Is there anyway of forcing game mode to 960x540 res I want to use integer scaling but every thing I have tried ain’t working and that res isn’t an option in steam
I use a cli app called pulseshitter for about 8+ months now. It's on github. Only caveat is you have to make a bot, link it to it, add the bot to your server. Then when you join voice and have the program open it will join voice too. It's really good with no discernable latency for lip sync etc. just exit with ctrl+c in terminal when done. I did have to brief my friends first, but they didn't mind, it's better than no sound
Use any linux distribution inside your terminal. Enable both backward and forward compatibility with software and freedom to use whatever distribution you’re more comfortable with. Mirror available...
Last night i tried to use the xwayland video bridge but my friends said the stream was like 3fps. So i chosen the app (dolphin-emu) and that was just fine anyway. I guess some apps will be capturable with discord by default in wayland, and others won't?
Hmm, i know you weren't talking to me. But I may try that out with my alt...
Edit: sorry Chiaqi, message above wasn't for you but this was: I tried webapp manager the other night and none of the .desktop files it made would launch microsoft edge flatpak, they'd launch from the webapp manager itself though. Anyone else had success?
So my first real use of sunshine/moonlight on the steam deck, is to cast the nested desktop to the TV so i can scroll job boards saves ruining my mental association of my steam deck and saves a bad neck looking down for hours too
Good tip there also, streaming desktop mode, to moonlight, the orientation of the stream is wrong. But gamescope is fine, therefore so is nested desktop
