CI think what I would do in your position is:
- check the rating of your PSU just in case
- upgrade the GPU and storage
- upgrade the PSU and/or case if necessary
- wait and save money
- upgrade to AM5 motherboard, X3D CPU, DDR5 RAM, and a better CPU cooler

Aa 360mm cooler is overkill for a 7800x3d, it wont pull more than 140w
CI want it to run cool and quiet, and ideally be upgradable
Aair coolers are quiet af these days, with a pump you are adding extra noise tbh

A6600 xt is better than 2070 in long term so it can last me decades and able to play bazzite-deck just fine.

CAlso a 7700X with the fans barely spinning lol
Aswap the fans with some T30 and you can get mid 70s
