Ktotally safe to format from deck, they do ext4 by default after all
KI would use the just command, reboot, and then reformat it from game mode
RIve heard bricking horror stories from formatting via Deck sometimes

BHow do you update HHD?
Kbuilt into the image, update bazzite and HHD updates with it
RHave you installed the decky plug in for it ? You can update there
BI do but the Option to update was not there. Updating bazzite did the trick.
DBefore I start doing deep searching, does anyone else use DisplayLink (USB DP Alt Mode) and have serious crashes with it compared to HDMI?
DThis was an issue on standard Fedora as well
Afor anybody that runs into a blank/black screen after a fresh install of bazzite on a Legion go, here's a workaround to permanently fix the issue: https://github.com/aarron-lee/legion-go-tricks#blank-screen-on-first-reboot
Anot sure why you need to boot into desktop mode at least once, and return to game mode from there, but the workaround fixed the problem for the user who reported the issue

KHave you tried rebooting? HHD is part of the image and cannot be removed or reinstalled

CJust FYI, Displaylink is basically emulates a video card over USB, USB DP alt mode is a completely different thing as is not an emulation, is a DP link directly from your iGPU
