White screen on VP purchase

After i enter my payment method and click on "Pay" i get this white screen that never loads up
any solutions?

the white screen also has an X on the top right to go back into the game

i've had this issue too, changing the payment method solved it

tried visa - didn't work, swapped to paypal and it fixed it
