white screen after entering vp shop
Whenever i first instaleld 11.02, a white screen showed up whenever i wanted to buy vp. I cant even see the purchase options, it immediately shows up. There is an X so i can click out of it, but please help.

i finally figured it out, you need to go to your antivirus if you have one, and go to exceptions

It only shows for purchases, correct?
no, its right when i even open the vp menu. i dont see any purchase options
every other shop is ok thought if that is what you are asking

It may take a few days to receive a response from player support, but sometimes it may be sooner. This depends on how many tickets are currently in the queue.

yes i did, i found out how to fix the issue
pretty much some anti viruses block the connection between the vp shop and and browser (apparently they are connected), so you need to add the riot games folder to the exceptions list. To get there, go to settings in your anti virus, click on exceptions, and find the riot games folder.
There is another version of this, where the vp shop eternally loads. This is also the fix for that
though, the tool did not work and didnt give me any logs. If you still need them i can try it again
let me find out from the team if we still need them, given that you found the fix
