random got me banned
Me and my 2 other friends got banned 7 days with our ranks reset to bronze because we played with a random from team recruitment and he was apparently cheating and because of that we got banned.
1) this is unfair because he never turned on his mic nor did he showed any signs of cheating for us to notice
2) he came from team recruitment and he isn’t even our friend
I tried to file a claim but that got rejected. How do i file another claim? Or how do i contact customer service? I tried checking out the customer service button on the log in screen but they just showed FAQ’s
I’ve been playing this game for 6 over years and participated in PMPL. i’ve been loyal to the game and always reported actual cheaters. If i knew the random i played with was a cheater obviously i wouldn’t want to play with him. But none of us knew because there were literally no signs of it. I don’t remember even winning any games with that guy on our team.
I was in ace dominator at rank 3000 slowly pushing to conquerer but now its down to bronze. Though i can easily push it back up, but the amount of time that has been taken away to get there can never be returned
