MThat was the iPad version of Moonlight gamestream from my Ally. Remote Play also works.

MI’m considering trying to bring it with me on an upcoming trip. Absolutely loving the experience of using it so far.
AThis used to be just hellish, now it's rather sensible. You just log in with your dev account on Xcode and it takes care of registering the device on the portal, of generating a dev certificate with that device on it, downloading it all, and packing up your app nicely

TJust got that random crash from sleep you were talking about. Is it something to really worry about? And switch to maybe modern standby or something or nah
Athe crashing in S3 sleep hasn't negatively affected my device or anything, if that's what you're worried about. I do wish that it wasn't an issue to begin with.

THow would I go about changing that if I wanted to in the future ?
Ato change it temporarily, run:
Abut it'll reset on reboot
Aso you'll probably need a startup systemd service to enable it on boot
Aalternatively add a kernel arg

MIt possibly looks like a mismatch between the GPU sending YCbCr and your TV expecting RGB or vice versa. AMD or nvidia?

MHmm I'm not familiar with AMD's drivers. With HDR off, see if theres an option/config to force YCbCr and see if it happens then

MDoes your TV have an "info" button or something that shows the display mode? It may show the colour space info there. Or alternatively another HDR-capable display to test? I know that with nvidia on Windows at least, when enabling HDR it sends 8-bit RGB by default, which is very much non-standard and could definitely cause issues with displays that (correctly) expect HDR to be always 10-bit YCbCr
BInteresting enough I think I resolved my issue by setting a custom profile for nested desktop and setting the refresh rate at 60hz

CIt's a VR headset with exterior cameras. The competitors have been on the market at a fraction of the price with better software for several years
CIts only unique feature is being entirely unusable for VR gaming

VThe quest 3 can only realistically have 3 apps open at a time, and most of the apps it supports don't even support that. It's more like using a phone.
CIt's also less than 8% of the price
