After some testing I still get mixed results:
Horizon Zero Dawn 45Hz@45FPS cap works just fine, same with RDR2 60Hz@30FPS cap. But for example Yuzu 60Hz@60FPS keeps getting stuck at 45 and if I set 90Hz it goes to 60FPS with extremely unstable frametimes, same with Wolfenstein the new order.

MThis is a known issue and there is no fix currently.
MAs far as I know the only distro/OS that supports proper refresh rate changing is SteamOS. We have not been able to get it to work on any kernel other than Valve’s.

Hi would say make the translation use the locale of what it targets to avoid confusion
Hthat way whoever reads it expecting es_ES can see its es_MX and just use a translator on words they dont understand as context should still be pretty similar
CWhen doing a translation to spanish you have 2 ways of doing it, use neutral wording or use "modismos", common jargon of the country
CI'm soooo mad that Disney stopped doing double dubs, The Incredibles and Ratatouille with modismos are far funnier than using a "neutral, standard spanish"
CThe main difference between Latin American spanish (except Argentina) and Spain spanish, is the possesive terms, Latin American uses "tuteo", so you is "tu", Spain and Argentina uses "voseo", you is "vos"
