In this case, you would be installing the OS for the 1st time.

you cant.
if rpmfusion has the package you need to make your own custom nvidia package.
we do not provide nvidia beta images

that patch is the only difference between bisect kernel 4 and kernel 5. Assuming it does not work in conjunction with another, it's that one.

bisect kernel 4 had the bug, kernel 5 did not have the bug
