Aone more followup, the guy who was building the kernels for the git bisect did one more kernel build with kernel 6.8 RC3, this was a modified patch he applied. I tested the kernel, it didn't have the 30fps bug on nobara

VQuestion for you all... Getting a SD inspired me to get back into Linux after being away for like 15 years. I've got light development background but not with Linux specifically.
